STUDENT OPPORTUNITIES
Gonzalez offers paid internships for college students in engineering, construction and business fields. Additionally, we host a cost-free six-week summer mentoring program for high school and college students interested in professional trades.
Paid Internships
Gonzalez offers internship opportunities to college students interested in pursuing careers in civil engineering, construction management, and construction inspection, as well as related technical professions and support areas. Our program works with students and college career counselors to create a hands-on experience with top professionals in the students’ area of interest. Interns spend their time at Gonzalez mentored by top professionals in their field.
Students gain valuable real-world experience in all facets of the organization, making connections with the full spectrum of how a business comes together and performs. Opportunities to be in the field are complemented with in-office experiences, observing and working alongside our full team of professionals that bring a job from start to finish.
