Barry P. Grant
PRESIDENT
Mr. Barry Grant, President and COO at Gonzalez Companies, LLC, joined in 2022 and has since driven operational excellence and core business functions. With a focus on leadership, Business & Career Development, and strategic planning, Barry oversees all aspects of Gonzalez Companies.
Before Gonzalez, Barry had over 20 years of Executive leadership experience, including roles as Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Asset Protection, giving him a unique perspective operational and strategic dynamics.
Barry's background growing up in a mason contracting family, surrounded by engineers and construction managers, shaped his industry perspective. He was the son of a bricklayer, a “S.O.B.” as his father would call him & his brothers. His extensive leadership experience, business acumen, industry insights & his pure energy solidify the company's continued success and growth.
R. Patrick Judge, P.E.
CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER
Mr. R. Patrick Judge, a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in construction management, design, and planning, joined Gonzalez Companies, LLC in 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
Pat's expertise spans roadway, transportation, water, and sewer infrastructure projects, enabling him to develop effective policies and procedures for city construction projects.
As a registered Engineer in multiple states, he understands the unique engineering needs of municipalities and adeptly navigates the challenges of aging infrastructure and budget constraints. His project management experience includes overseeing projects ranging from $50,000 to over $650,000,000, always prioritizing cost-effectiveness and quality.

Terry Adams
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
Mr. Terry Adams, Chief Revenue Officer at Gonzalez Companies, LLC since 2014, demonstrated exceptional leadership by establishing the Louisville, KY office in 2015. With over 25 years of industry experience, Terry has managed projects domestically and internationally, showcasing his versatility and results-driven approach.
A graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management, Terry's extensive experience and strategic vision drive innovation and deliver results. His commitment to excellence and collaborative relationships makes him an invaluable asset to Gonzalez, driving the company's success.
Timothy Pierce
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Tim Pierce became CFO of Gonzalez Companies, LLC in October 2021, bringing extensive expertise and strategic insight. As a key executive, he provides essential financial reporting and metrics for decision-making. Tim oversees Accounting, Business Analysis & Control, Internal Controls, Taxation, and Treasury functions, ensuring efficiency and compliance. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with a BS in Business Administration and Management, Tim's previous roles include VP of Finance at Amitech Solutions, CFO at Macroeconomic Advisers, and Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. His ability to align financial strategies with organizational goals makes him a vital asset to Gonzalez, driving growth and financial stability.
Todd Peek, P.E.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, WATER RESOURCES
Mr. Todd Peek is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in engineering and construction management for water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. He has managed projects for municipalities, sewer districts, and private companies, consistently delivering successful outcomes. His expertise includes wastewater treatment facilities, sewer systems, water treatment, and storage solutions. Todd excels in developing facility planning documents, long-term control plans, regulatory permitting, and loan applications, including SRF programs. Todd has collaborated with municipalities and wastewater districts to tackle population growth, technology advancements, and regulatory changes. His expertise in designing advanced wastewater systems and tailored solutions for nutrient removal and infrastructure upgrades boosts the efficiency and resilience of treatment facilities.
With extensive experience and proven leadership in managing water, wastewater, and stormwater projects, Todd is a trusted partner for municipalities, sewer districts, and private companies. His dedication to excellence and collaboration ensures high-quality outcomes and long-term benefits for clients and the environment.
Jeff Kaiser, P.E.
VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF ENGINEER
Mr. Jeff Kaiser has over 35 years of service in the water and wastewater industry, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to every project he undertakes. Jeff holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
Throughout his career, Jeff has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in engineering, focusing on innovative solutions and sustainable practices. His extensive knowledge encompasses not only water and wastewater management but also a broad range of civil engineering disciplines. Jeff's ability to integrate advanced engineering techniques with practical applications ensures the successful completion of projects that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Jeff's leadership skills and commitment to excellence have earned him a reputation for delivering outstanding results. He excels in fostering collaboration among project teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that projects are completed within the established timelines and budgets.
Hank Sikorski
VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Mr. Hank Sikorski joined Gonzalez Companies, LLC in 2024 as Vice President of Business Operations where he focuses on driving growth through organic operations and strategic M&A. Upon obtaining his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, he worked in commercial construction as an Estimator and Project Manager for Anning-Johnson Companies where he was responsible for the estimation, bidding, and delivery of projects ranging from $50k - $1M. Following this role, Hank obtained his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and joined KPMG Deal Advisory where he focused on operational due diligence for Industrial Manufacturing clients until joining Gonzalez. His combined experiences in engineering, construction, and M&A make Hank a valuable asset to the Gonzalez team.
